Recognition – by the way of awards, peer evaluations, certification, ratings, and other forms of acknowledgement – is tribute to the efforts of everyone at Ahlibank to achieve customer confidence through the provision of value-added products and services and a quality customer experience.

Ahlibank’s dedication to international best practice in information security management was rewarded in 2013 with certification from the International Organisation for Standardisation. The ISO certified the bank to be ISO/IEC 27001:2005 compliant in the security of all its information-related handling, processing, and systems.

Ahlibank has been awarded in 2015 the Compliance Risk Technology Implementation of the Year award in the Middle East & Africa by leading international finance magazine The Asian Banker.

In 2016, Ahlibank received two prestigious awards from the Asian Banker. The Leadership Achievement Award for Best Managed Bank in Qatar in 2016 and Best CEO of the year 2016.

In 2018, Ahlibank was awarded “Best Bank in Asset Quality” in Qatar at the New Age Banking Summit 2018 awards ceremony.

In 2019, Ahlibank was named the winner of the Global Banking & Finance Review Awards 2019 for “Fastest Growing Treasury Bank Qatar 2019” and awarded “Excellence in Loans” by the World Union of Arab Bankers (WUAB) during the Arab Banks Awards & Commendations of Excellence 2019 award ceremony.

In 2020, Ahlibank was named the winner of the Global Banking & Finance Awards for “Best Bank for Treasury Services Qatar” and winner of “The Next 100 Global Awards 2020 - Treasury”.

Ahlibank has been awarded in 2021 winner of the “Best Bank for Treasury Services Qatar” by Global Banking & Finance Awards.
